I have one, covered and in the building's gated community parking garage. It's conveniently located just next to the elevator. There are no marked guest stalls available. Street parking, however, can be found on South Barrington Avenue in front of or within a short walk from the building.
It couldn't be more convenient. A brand new high-performance washer-dryer combo is available for you inside the unit, as well as newly upgraded community laundry rooms centrally and conveniently located on each floor. Each of those laundry rooms has two washers and two dryers, and each of those loads costs $0.75. Community laundry hours are from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.
